Do you have off street parking?
Yes, enough for one car per room. Although the spaces are numbered, you are welcome to choose any spot that’s available. And, it’s free!

Do your rooms have air conditioning? Heat?
Yes

How far is the beach?
Cassidy Street Beach is less than 5 minute walk northwest. It is a tidal beach which means it is sandy only at medium to low tide.

(Rue De Chateau) RDC Public Beach Access is a 5-10 minute walk southwest just past the Buena Vista Lagoon. It is a quiet sandy beach favored by locals.

What size are the beds?
Most of our rooms have king size beds, and three have queens. Our casita has two twins in the second bedroom. Please read each room’s description for specific information.

What time is check in and check out?
Check in is at 4pm, check out is at 11am. Early check in / late check out are available for a $25 convenience fee (each) which can be added at time of booking (or during your stay).

What if I’m arriving (much) later?
That’s fine! We are contactless; so while we ask that you be respectful of other guests, we allow check in anytime after 4pm.

What if I have a specific request, need, etc.?
Please text us at 760-978-1191. We ask that you not text after 10PM or before 6AM unless it is urgent (then please call).

What is your Pet Policy?
We charge a $75 extra cleaning/W&T fee to be added at time of booking

Pet not disclosed prior to Check In will result in cancelation without refund

Fee waived for ADA service animals only.

Pet should be 1 small to medium sized (please inquire otherwise) No puppies
Pet must not have a history of any damage to furniture/fixtures
Please consider opting for one of our Suites
Pet must be leashed at all times outside of the room
Pet cannot be left unattended in room (exceptions can be made for crate trained with no barking)
We reserve the right to collect a $250 damage deposit upon check in
You are responsible for any damages (including in excess of $250) which you agree will be immediately reimbursed by your at our replacement cost
You are required to clean up after your pet in all areas including the designated pet / bocce ball area (10AM-6PM) behind the south wall at the front of the property
Please respect our guests in rooms 10 & 11 if you utilize the pet / bocce ball area
