Our Standard Rooms are compact, elegantly simple spaces set in a quieter corner of the property, with views out to the shared patio. They offer a calm, connected place to land.

Two bedroom Suite
Our Signature Accommodation is a spacious two-story casita that offers the ultimate blend of comfort and style. It includes a full kitchen, separate living and dining areas, and a private outdoor patio. It can comfortably accommodate up to six people, ideal for families and groups, and for longer stays. Designed with custom art from local artists, it embodies the laid-back, coastal lifestyle of Oceanside and Carlsbad.

All of our rooms feature Public Goods personal care products, Comphy premium linens and towels, plush down alternative pillows in a variety of firmnesses, top rated medium firm memory foam mattresses, a Marshall Bluetooth Speaker, a map to guide you, a welcome gift from one of our neighbors, up to 1GB of business class WiFi, SmartTVs, complimentary coffee and bottled water, and curated snacks (for a nominal charge).
We also provide an iron, a hair blow drier, a first aid kit, emergency flashlight, white noise machine, and wine key.
Our secure Coffee / Ice Room, in addition to those items, has a sink, dish soap, extra utensils, plates, and glasses, a hot and cold filtered water dispenser, and an ironing board.
