Do you have off-street parking?
Yes — we provide one complimentary parking space per room.
While spaces are numbered, you are welcome to use any available spot.
Do your rooms have air conditioning and heat?
Yes — all rooms include both heating and air conditioning.
How far is the beach?
Cassidy Street Beach is less than a 5-minute walk northwest. It is a tidal beach, meaning sand levels vary with the tide.
RDC Public Beach Access (Rue De Chateau) is a 5–10 minute walk southwest, just past Buena Vista Lagoon. This is a quieter, sandy beach favored by locals (and their pets).
What size are the beds?
Most rooms feature king beds, with three rooms offering queen beds.
Our Casita includes two twin beds in the second bedroom.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:30 AM
Early check-in (1:00 PM) and late check-out (until 1:30 PM) are available:
$25 Subject to availability.
What if I’m arriving late?
No problem — we are contactless.
You may check in anytime after 4:00 PM.
We simply ask that you remain mindful of quiet hours and other guests.

We kindly ask that messages be sent between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM unless urgent (in which case, please call).
What is your Pet Policy?
We welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval.
$75 per stay (up to two pets)
ADA service animals (only) are exempt
Pets must be:
Not puppies or aggressive breeds
Without a history of damage
Additional guidelines:
Pets must be leashed outside the room
Pets may not be left unattended unless approved (e.g., crate-trained and quiet)
Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds ($150 surcharge applies)
Guests must clean up after pets in all areas
Failure to disclose a pet may result in a $250 penalty and/or cancellation without refund.
Any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances may result in additional charges (minimum $150).
