With a 4-course menu priced at $115 a plate, this Carlsbad Restaurant has set a new standard for fine dining. We can’t mention Jeune et Jolie without mentioning its predecessor, Campfire. Campfire opened its doors in 2016 and forever changed the culinary landscape in Carlsbad. Campfire is a return to the origins of cooking that draws inspiration from California’s beaches, forests, mountains, and deserts. Led by Chef Eric Bost, this Carlsbad restaurant earned Bib Gourmand status from the Michelin Guide in 2016. Campfire is praised for its elevated cocktail menu, as well as its wood-fired grill favorites like pasture-raised chicken and well-marbled brisket.

Fueled by Japanese tradition and a desire to innovate, Blue Ocean Robata and Sushi Bar prioritizes fresh ingredients and creativity.
